My Experience

January 2021 - PRESENT

Chief of Design | Assist Her Agency

  • Create content for 10+ clients ranging from roughly 60-90 pieces of content each week including promotional content for social media, proposals, e-books, animated images, and graphics, and custom illustrations, as well as, batches of 55-100 of 1-8 minute closed caption videos and one-off projects.

  • Organize and manage multiple projects in an online team and file management software such as Click Up, AirTable, Slack, Canva, and Notion to streamline communication with clients and colleagues. Participate in weekly meetings and pitch ideas to innovate our process for producing high-quality content to help our clients reach their vision and full potential.

June - September 2020

Digital Content Creation and Management Intern | Cornerstone Creatives

  • Managed and created content for the brand’s Instagram account. Created a custom set of hashtags for the posts, cross-scheduled for Instagram and Facebook via Facebook Creator Studio. Doubled the Instagram account’s following during the three-month internship after creating a 31-page plan detailing a brand audit and plans to elevate and increase the Instagram page and the brand’s reach.

  • Pitched new, innovative methods to implement and improve the brand's visibility and engagement. Meanwhile multitasking on graphic design projects for their clients on short notice while delivering a high-quality product.

  • Created over 650 pieces of content for 6 clients including email signatures, business cards, Facebook graphics, proposal documents, mock-up Instagram grids, Instagram content templates, Instagram feed posts, Instagram Stories, and more.

  • Edited 10 videos for YouTube, IGTV, and Facebook including 60-second promos, 3-minute travel vlogs, and longer interviews and kitchen demonstrations using Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Premiere Rush, and Adobe After Effects, and Canva.

Spring 2021

Graphic Designer + Creator | The Sync Off!

  • Conceptualized and designed a 775 piece card game complete with creative campaign, branding, and packaging. Organized and planned cards with Numbers.

  • Hand sketched and created mockups of 13 cards different card fronts and backs that were then used to create a full main deck with 4 expansion packs, a completed brand kit, gameplay mockups, mockup promo ads, and a magazine spread and case study detailing the process of the game’s creation by using Procreate, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.

January 2021 - PRESENT

Co-Executive Producer + Graphic Designer | The Signature Collection

  • Collaborated on project management on conceptualization, planning, and preparation to conduct a series of 7 interviews with 10 interviewees.

  • Co-conducted 3 interviews and took notes to assist with the transcription process.

  • Created a brand kit, set of promotional graphics including 40 quote cards and covers, animated reveal video, and an “After the Interview” checklist using Canva, Final Cut Pro X, Procreate, and Illustrator.

  • Created and prepared a 14 slide presentation in three hours to present to the team for approval of the series, and assisted in it’s presentation.

Spring 2018

Teacher's Assistant | Orange County Public Schools

- Assisted a fifth-grade teacher in everyday classroom needs such as helping students with their lessons, designing presentations, set-up of activities, planning activities, classroom maintenance, and other tasks.

- Helped around the school as needed with errands, attendance awards, and the music class

- Assisted with second-grade math tutoring weekly after school with fellow TA's and High School Volunteers

-Keep the Class on track with the curriculum calendar by tutoring kids in small groups and one-on-ones

Summer 2017

- Design programs and  decor for the end-of-week show
- Research, set-up, demonstration, and supervision of activities
- Organizing and preparing future activities, lessons, and field trips
- Create an efficient system of communication and  check-in between camper's parents and the class

- Assisting direct guests and travel agents book vacations, amenities, and more via phone call and a booking software program.
